THIS SECTION ON “RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY” DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
You have the right to return any unopened packed goods/products within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the order. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, Buyer will receive their refund within 30 days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any items which are deemed defective by Prime Import Export Pte. Ltd. within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the order. Supporting invoice and picture(s) of the defect must be provided to the Customer Service Team. Replacement will be of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Buyer may only apply for:
- the refund of the Item where such Item has not been received by Buyer; or
- the refund and/or return of an Item received by Buyer in the following circumstances:
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
- The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item
Prime Import Export Pte. Ltd. will only accept returns of goods in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Returns that are used, damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be returned to the Buyer, at the Buyer’s expense (this may include shipping costs).
Upon receipt of your order, we request that you contact us at hello@primetrading.sg prior to all return requests and the team will arrange for your item(s) to be returned to us via our assigned delivery partner to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Should a top-up payment be required in the event of a higher priced product, it should be made before arrangement of delivery.
Please note that Prime Import Export Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for goods which are not returned using our assigned delivery partner service.
For orders shipped within Singapore, Prime Import Export Pte. Ltd. will refund the original purchase price of the item. For orders shipped to countries other than Singapore, Prime Import Export Pte. Ltd. will refund the original purchase price of the item less any applicable duties, taxes or shipping charges.

All eligible refunds will be refunded via bank transfer. Buyer to provide bank details to seller for refund arrangement.
